Late Booking Policy

At Mōhalu Hawaiʻi, we strive to provide our customers with the freshest materials and highest-quality experiences during our lei sessions. We understand that occasionally, circumstances can arise that require a last-minute booking. If you find yourself in such a situation, please don't hesitate to reach out to us. While we endeavor to accommodate such requests whenever possible, we kindly ask our guests to adhere to the following guidelines for late bookings:

What is considered a Late Booking?:

A booking made within the 6 day window of the desired time for the Lei Experience and the 3 day window of the desired time for the Lei Wili Lesson

Additional Cost: Possible additional costs are necessary to cover expedited material sourcing and any additional logistical arrangements required to accommodate the late booking. Any additional costs associated with the late booking will be communicated transparently at the time of booking, ensuring that our customers are fully informed before confirming their reservation.

Availability: Late bookings are subject to availability. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, please note that last-minute availability may be limited.

Prompt Response and Communication: We greatly appreciate prompt responses and clear communication from our customers, especially when requesting late bookings. Timely communication helps us better understand your interests and allows us to make the necessary arrangements efficiently.
