Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best we can. However, cancellations can affect our schedule and resources. Therefore, please review our cancellation policy before booking:

Cancellation Timeframe:

  • Cancellations made 14 or more days in advance of the scheduled session will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7-13 days of the scheduled session will receive a 25% refund.

  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled session.

Refund Process:

  •   Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking.

  • Please allow 4-6 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account.

Change Request:

  •    Requests to change the date or time of your booked session may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to approval. Additional fees may apply.
